About the Position
Position/Specialty: Nursery/NICU RN
Shift: Will work 3x12 nights 7p-7:00, or 3x12 days 7a-7:00p (as needed by the facility)
Ratios: 1:6
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No call but could change based on the unit needs
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes, within the women's area of the facility if needed
Required/Preferred
Years of experience REQ: 2 years of experience
First-timers accepted: No
License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license. Must be in hand prior to start
Certs REQ: BLS, NRP
Certs Highly Preferred: STABLE
Special Requirements: Charge nurse experience required, Level 1 & 2 nursery setting experience required. Must be comfortable with delivery to discharge. Some level 2 such as phototherapy, antibiotics, opioid withdrawal, bubble CPAP.
Miscellaneous
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs
Local Radius: 60 miles
Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
