FLOAT RN- WILL BE REQUIRED TO FLOAT TO the medical care unit, post surgical unit and Intermediate Care UnitWithin the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient.Flexible, able to prioritize and adapt to rapidly-changing patient and unit needs.Demonstrates effective teaching skills.Responds effectively to patient crisis/emergency situationsMaintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job locationFlexibility in accepting assignment to varied areas; friendly, helpful attitude

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
