!! Important !!Karmanos/ Toledo Clinic permits 1 unscheduled absence and 2 tardies for contracts that are 13 weeks in duration, if exceeded the contract will be terminated effective immediately. This policy will begin on 10/15/2024. The Registered Nurse (RN) is a member of the Patient Care Team. The Registered Nurse is responsible to set the standards for the level and quality of care. The RN has responsibility, authority and accountability for the provision of nursing care. The RN manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through application of independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members including ancillary and support services.

Submission Requirements
2 Years ICU experience - Required Tele, Oncology, and Med Surg experience - RequiredHealth
system-wide profile standards

References NOT required.
A skills checklist completed within one year of
application for RN specialties is required.  All other professions
outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
Michigan license verification is required for nurses.
Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in
the traveler’s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for
the manager's review.
Physical copies of certifications are only required in
the profile if listed above.
Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for
contract hire within six months of employment.

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
