General Comments: Unit Information: 2 North Location: CJW Medical Center – Johnston Willis Campus Address: 1401 Johnston Willis Drive Richmond, Virginia Floor: Building: Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 24 · Number of Staff – · Type of staff: o Day Shift – goal is for 1 charge, 4-5 on the floor, 2 techs and 1 secretary · Patient Ratios – 5-6:1 · EMR – Meditech Typical hiring profile Must have : · Med-Surg experience · Good teamwork Preferred or nice to have : · Oncology/chemotherapy experience · Hospice experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Med surg patients · Inpatient oncology and hospice patients Best personality Fit: · Positive caring person who likes to work in a family atmosphere REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · BLS Floating Area(s): · Could be floated to other med surg areas in the hospital if not needed on the unit Dress Code : · Scrub Color/Attire – navy blue Weekends and On call: · 2-3 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
