Travel Rate: $110 -- Radius: $105: 51-100 miles -- Local: $100: 50 miles or less – Assignment for 16 weeks -- MS Tele: 12H Nights, Will do 3 x 12s one week and 3 x 12s and an 8H Shift the next; Charge experience required and will be performing in this capacity regularly; Must have active NY license or proof of application in packet; ACLS and BLS required; Tele experience required. EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable; Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
