General Comments: Unit Information: Medical Care Location: Henrico Doctors’ Hospital Forest Campus Address: 1602 Skipwith Road , Richmond, VA Floor: 2 nd Floor Building: Main Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 21 Number of Staff – Total Department FTE’s 30.66 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 4 Staff Nurses, 2 PCTs Night Shift – 1 Charge RN, 3 Staff Nurses, and 2 PCTs’ until 2300 Patient Ratios – 5:1 Type of equipment – IV pumps, feeding pumps, etc .. EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Registered Nurse BLS List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Total patient care for Medical Patients Best personality Fit: Outgoing Team player Dress Code : Scrub Color - All Navy Unit Guidelines/Policies : We focus on the patient. Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
