 Surgical Technicians - allied health professionals whose role is to create and maintain the sterile field and assemble and hand the instruments to the surgeon. Some OR nurses also have additional training in "scrubbing", PACU/Recovery Room Nurses - specialize in providing care to the patient during the immediate post-operative period.Dress Code:  Hospital provided scrubs, closed toe shoes, no perfume or cologne, no facial piercings (ears ok)Patient Population: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult & GeriatricSurgery (OR, PACU, ENDO)OR suites - 2ENDO suite - 1PACU  - 3Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.    RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!  NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).   Must be available for at least 3 out of the 4 holidays:  Dec 24, 25,  31 and Jan1 .  Thank you!  RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR "LOCAL" TRAVELERS (10% reduction of posted rate if perm address is w/i 50 miles of facility).To avoid delays in processing, please provide perm address at upload/submission.  Thank you!  OT and Holidays : x 1.25   On Call: $4.00  Call Back : x 1.25 with 2 hr Minimum Call back pay  Non Bilable: 0             

Submission Requirements
Minimum of 2 +  years current OR experience in a hospital setting - RequiredOR scrub experience with ortho (including total hip, total knee),  general surgery, gyn, podiatry, urology  - RequiredPrior travel experience - Preferred
