CHARGE REQ-LEVEL 3 or 4-NICU RN -Req 6903

• Will position float between units: No
• Is on-call required? Yes standby when not needed on unit
• Are weekends required? Yes rotating and variable
• Are block schedules required? Unknown
• What are expected ratios? 1:1-1:3
• Special requirements: Level 3 or 4 NICU Experience NICU Charge RN experience Delivery/Resuscitation experience. Potential for 1-3 shifts as charge/week depending on the need. Most often probably 1-2 shifts.
• Are 48 hours approved: No

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
