Position Description: Facility is looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in the NICU. Level 3 NICU Data Collection : Unit Information: ( insert name ) Location: NICU Address: 100 Alton Gloor Suite A Floor: First Building: General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds – 10 Nicu and 6 Stepdown Number of Staff – Day shift Currently have 8 FT RN’s / PM shift / PM shift has 10 FT RN’s however one RN is out on leave due to Immigration Visa issues. Nurse has been out since 3/2021 no set date to return as of today. Type of staff: Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios – Type of equipment - EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. NRP STABLE Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Floating Area ( s ) : Newborn nursery and pediatrics Dress Code : Scrub Color . Royal Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines . Weekends and On call(if any)

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
