Position Description: Facility is looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in the NICU. Level 3 NICU Data Collection : Unit Information: ( insert name ) Location: NICU Address: 100 Alton Gloor Suite A Floor: First Building: General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds – 10 Nicu and 6 Stepdown Number of Staff – Day shift Currently have 8 FT RN’s / PM shift / PM shift has 10 FT RN’s however one RN is out on leave due to Immigration Visa issues. Nurse has been out since 3/2021 no set date to return as of today. Type of staff: Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios – Type of equipment - EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. NRP STABLE Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Floating Area ( s ) : Newborn nursery and pediatrics Dress Code : Scrub Color .
