Position Description: Hospital: TriStar Centennial Medical Center Location: CT Department 726/73600/799 Address:2300 Patterson St Nashville Unit Name: CT Building: Tower Cost Center:726/73600 General Information Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds : NA · Patient Ratios :NA · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Technologists · Type of equipment : GE 64 slice, Siemens Dual Source Definition · Documentation system: Meditech, Fuji Synapse PACs · Scheduling requirements: M-Th 2100-0730, M-Fri 1 · Floating policy: No float · Patient Experience requirements: Must be able to function independently Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : ARRT(R)(CT) Advanced skills needed: Must be able to start IVs, Utilize GE and Siemens scanners, Stroke, Procedures performed on unit: all generalized CTs, Stroke CT, Vascular CT, Gated studies- Ped, Adult and Geri Certifications Required: BLS Dress Code : (Required uniform) · Solid color scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. · Awards/Recognition: Please include anything that you would like prospective candidates to be aware of, such as, links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards.. · ACR accredited departments Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. ·

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
