Description
Position Description: RN for Patient Experience, Post Discharge Call Program. Locals are accepted (75 miles or less) at lower BR, All time off required at time of submission. - IVS to review, manager to interview and offer. Shift: 8H Day shifts (8AM-4:30PM, 30 min break), no holidays, on call or weekends required. EMR: Epic, Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel’s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit. Required Upon Submission: 1 year of RN experience. BLS and ACLS required. Active RN license, required copy of NURSYS. Must be comfortable/ familiar with conducting post-discharge outreach phone calls – there will be no direct patient contact. You will be responsible for answering inbound patient calls and facilitating response to patient concerns. Required Upon Start: Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed. Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed. Active CT RN license must apply for License within 24 hours of locking!

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
