(Y/N) – Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Meditech; HCA experience · Bedside CM experience 1 year minimum · Post acute care knowledge Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Neditech; Midas experience; prior HCA experience · Knowledge of throughput in acute care setting List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Progression of care; discharge planning · Multidisciplinary rounds · Discussions, sometimes difficult ones, about dc plans with families and MDs Best personality Fit: · Strong type A personality; assertive but not aggressive · Proactive; able to adapt to different environments Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. · Scrub Color - black · Business casual; no open toe shoes, no artificial nails, no crocs Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. · · Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. * Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent .
