Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Data Collection : Unit Information: Location: Building: Las Palmas Medical Center 1801 N Oregon St. El Paso, Tx 79902 Floor: Med/Surg, Tele, MICU, SICU, Oncology, Peds/PICU/NICU Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 84626 Discipline: RN Case Manager Quantity: 1 Target Start Date: TBD Shift: 0 Call Requirements: None Weekends: Yes General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – Each unit varies · Number of Staff – 5 SWs; 10 RNs; 1 CM Manager; 1 SW supervisor; 1 CMA · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 13 staff members/skill mix o Night Shift - NA · Patient Ratios – 1:25 RNCM to patient · Type of equipment – computer; office equipment · EMR – Meditech; Midas · Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Meditech; HCA experience · Bedside CM experience 1 year minimum · Post acute care knowledge Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Neditech; Midas experience; prior HCA experience · Knowledge of throughput in acute care setting List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Progression of care; discharge planning · Multidisciplinary rounds · Discussions, sometimes difficult ones, about dc plans with families and MDs Best personality Fit: · Strong type A personality; assertive but not aggressive · Proactive; able to adapt to different environments Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. · Scrub Color - black · Business casual; no open toe shoes, no artificial nails, no crocs Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. · · Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. * Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent .

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
