JOHN MUIR WALNUT CREEK MS ICU • Bill rate: $107.00 (travel) / $93.50 (local) *50 mile radius rule • Orientation dates: 11/19 or 12/3 • Shift: 12 hour nights (36) • Duration: 8 weeks with potential to renew • Certs required: CA license, BLS, ACLS • Preferred: Prev Travel experience, CCRN, EPIC experience • Medical Surgical ICU : Sepsis, respiratory failure, CHF, pulmonary edema, post op thoracic/vascular surgery. Little to no Neuro or Trauma comes to this unit • Must have 2+ years experience .

Nail Polish: No gels, acrylics, or extensions. All polish must in good condition without chips or cracks

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
