Position Description: TRAVEL - RN - ICU (650) - Rose MC - 7P-7A Unit Information: ( ICU/650 ) Location: Rose Medical Center Address: 4567 E. 9 th Ave., Denver, CO 80220 Floor: ICU Building: Main Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 21 Number of Staff – 45 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 Charge Nurse with no patient assignment, 6-8 nurses Night Shift - same Patient Ratios – 2:1 ICU standard nurse to patient ration, unless the pt is step down status then 3:1 or very high acuity, then 1:1 Type of equipment – Hospira IV pumps EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Vasopressor IV drip titration, ventilator management Care of Sepsis, arrhythmias, med/surg critical care patients Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Cardiac experience CRRT List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Intubation, central line insertion Bronchoscopy, endoscopy Best personality Fit: Team oriented Good sense of humor Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Required to work every 3 rd weekend, one major winter holiday, self-scheduling, float to Telemetry and other HealthOne hospitals Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Small community hospital, patients are mostly elective, Magnet designated, Intensivist in ICU 24/7

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
