Description
COVID-19 vaccination is
recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through
April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix
Children’s prior to starting. Anyone not
vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination
& Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory
virus season. Only Nights are available now. Experience 2 years’ nursing experience 1 year of NICU experience Level III or IV NICU experience preferred Children’s hospital experience
preferred Education Requirements: Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing,
a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. BSN preferred. Certification/License/Registry Requirements: Current State of Arizona RN
license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the
ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. Current BLS certification for
Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. Current PALS certification
from the American Heart Association. Current NRP certification.

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
