General Comments: Unit Information: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Reston Hospital Center Address: 1850 Reston Town Center Pkwy , Reston, VA Floor: 3 rd floor Building: West Wing General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds – 16 Number of Staff – 35 Type of staff: Day Shift – 5 staff per shift with a charge nurse Night Shift – 5 staff per shift with a charge nurse Patient Ratios – 1:2 EMR – CPN & Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS & NRP Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. STABLE List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Intubation, Umbilical Line Placement, PICC placement, Lumbar Punctures, Xrays Best personality Fit: Family centered, caring and flexible Floating Area ( s ) : WCS (Labor & Delivery-as baby nurse, Post-partum-as baby nurse) Dress Code : Scrub Color /Attire – Purple Weekends and On call : Full time expected to do 5 weekend shifts per 4 w eek schedule

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
