Backfill for 10082200 - RN for PCU: 12H Nights, 36H Only; Will be assigned to float team; Every other weekend required; BLS ACLS, and NIHSS required; NIHSS required prior to start; NY License, or proof of application with date, required at time of submittal; Minimum of 1 year tele experience required; Insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IV’s, post cardiac cath. EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable; Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Patient Population (Diagnoses): Acute Coronary Syndrome, Bipap/CPAP with compromised gas exchange, Cardiac diagnosis requiring closer monitoring, minimally titrating inotropic/vasodilator/antiarrhythmic/anti-platelet drips, Post PTCA/stent with arterial/venous sheath, Drug toxicity requiring advanced monitoring/frequent observation, ETOH withdrawal patient with high potential of airway compromise requiring frequent sedation, thrombolytic therapy for ACS or vascular patency, major vascular surgery or leg by pass with comorbidities, Hypotension/hemodynamic instability, insulin drip therapy, Heart Failure, Carotid surgery, Electrical cardioversion, Carotid surgery, Active rewarming for temperature regulation
