Client has profile review process with clinical and candidate will need to complete a questionnaire and reviewed by our clinical team before presentation to the client.
Accepts Local Clinicians
Start: 11/26
Orientation: Every 4th Tuesday of the month
# of beds: 8
Ratios: 1:2-3
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, COVID Vaccine required
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: CHF, AMI, DM, Pneumonia, COVID
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Minimum 2 years ICU
Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes
Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Levo, Dopamine, Insulin
Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Both
Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios: Yes
Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: No
RT in ICU 24/7: No
RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc): All
Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips?: Telemetry, no monitor tech and RNs read strips
Shifts & Scheduling: 12 hr shifts 7a-7p/7p-7a
Weekend Requirement: Every other
Holiday Requirement: Every other
Is there a call or standby requirement?: No
Floating Requirements: Yes possibly to Telemetry
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Royal Blue
Unit/Department specific orientation: 1 Shift, more as neededhift, more as needed

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
