Position Description: TRAVEL - RN - Mother Baby (660) - Sky Ridge MC - 7P - 7A looking for someone who has experience taking care of babies at delivery (we call them transition nurses here). Unit Information: ( Labor and Delivery/ PP/66015 ) Address: 10101 Ridgegate Pkwy Floor: 2nd Building: Main hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -26 Number of Staff – Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge RN, 7-8 RNs, 1 LC Night Shift – 1 Charge RN, 6-7 RNs Patient Ratios – 3:1 and 4:1 Type of equipment - EMR – CPN and Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Recent MB experience Transitions experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
