Position / Specialty: Ren 7 Acute- PCU
Start date:
Ratios: 1:4 all shifts
Years of experience REQ: 2 year
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
Weekend REQ: Yes- every other, Nightshift weekends are Friday and Saturday. Dayshift weekends are Saturday and Sunday.
Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, and NIH
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req?
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.
FLOAT UNITS: Neuro/ Stroke, Cardiac, Orthopedic, Trauma, Oncology, General Surg, Uro/Vascular, Observation
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): No
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No local travelers 50 miles or less
Pending License accepted: (Y/N): No
RTO Restrictions: Greater than 3 days will require Management approval
Guaranteed Hours: 36

- Work Settings

• Renal failure
- IV Therapy/Phlebotomy
• Peripheral Line Care/Management
- Medications
• Heparin Protocols – preferred
- Respiratory/Thoracic
• Nasal Cannula
• Non-invasive airway management
- Computerized Charting
• EPIC - preferred

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
