Aya Offer
RTO Restrictions: Will accept 7 RTO days per 13 week assignment. Can request one holiday, but staff will most likely work the holidays
Ratios: 1:2
Years of experience REQ: 2 Years
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Weekend requirements for LDRP are 2 weekends every 6 weeks. Night shift weekends can include Fridays.
Certs REQ: BLS, AWHONN Advanced, NRP Advanced (must include all 11 components), Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM)
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
Locals accepted: Yes.
Pending License accepted: No
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours, Client can cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13 week assignment
Special Requirements: Vaginal Exam Ability/Experience, Baby Care Ability/Experience, Experience with <100 Births to >300 Births.

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
