Point of Care Documentation will be expected - Traveler will be provided with a tablet, but not a cell phoneExpectation that Travelers will perform 4-5 Visits per day and 20-25 Visits per week 40 cents per mile One hour coverage radius Any Traveler interested in Temp to Perm will be shot to the top of the list for consideration.Our interdisciplinary hospice team provides a personalized plan of care focused on pain and symptom management, while emphasizing quality of life and comfort.

the travel rate by 10%. Anyone with a permanent address within a 35
mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
