Information: Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Number of Beds : 12 Patient Ratios : 2/1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 unit tech each shift and 1 unit secretary on day shift. Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: As needed Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) 2 + years of experience ACLS BLS NRP FM AWHONN Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed : (candidates with these skills will be considered first) RNC Meditech Experience P referred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN ) Active TX RN License ONLY- temp License will not be accepted Procedures performed on unit: CIRCULATE C-SECTIONS Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color RN - Facility will provide scrubs Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible.
