TRAVEL - RRT (754) - Swedish MC - 7P - 7A   Unit Information:  ( insert name/cost center ) Respiratory Therapy Location: Swedish Medical Center Address:501 E Hamden Avenue, Englewood, Colorado 80113 Floor: Building:4 th  floor   General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 408 Number of Staff – 59 Type of staff: Day Shift – one charge, one manager, 8-10 clinical RTs  Night Shift – one charge, 8-10 clinical RTs Patient Ratios – 10:1 Type of equipment – Hamilton, Servo, and GE Ventilators EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)   Must have :  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 1 year of experience   Preferred or nice to have :  candidates with these skills will be considered first.     List typical procedures performed on unit(s):     Breathing treatments   Best personality Fit:     Unit Guidelines/Policies :  Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.     Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment:   Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.  * Remember it is a  very  competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent .

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
