Responsible for the delivery of respiratory therapy and patient care following physician’s orders, hospital policies and procedures; and departmental standards of care and standards of practice. Responsibilities: Performs therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures.Evaluates patient/resident response to respiratory therapy and takes appropriate corrective action.Provides education to patients and staff regarding respiratory procedures, equipment operation, and safety precautions.Performs routine maintenance and service checks on equipment.Maintains records, reports, and other documentation related to the work.
Submission Requirements
2+ years of experience - Required Ventilator, Bipap, ICU, ER, and ABG trained therapist - RequiredACLS - Preferred

Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
on bill rates over $40/hr
OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular

Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial
extension.
McLaren's local traveler policy is to reduce
the travel rate by 10%. Anyone with a permanent address within a 35
mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.
Dress Code: Brown Scrubs, can obtain onsite. EMR: Cerner

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
