About the Position
Position/Specialty: MedSurg Ortho/Neuro RN
Shift: 3x12s, Nights 7p-7a
Ratios: 1:6-7
Weekend REQ (Y/N): Yes, every other weekend requirement of at least Sat and Sun
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No on call, unless placed on call for scheduled shift due to census, then 8-hour call requirement.
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities (Y/N)? Yes
Required/Preferred
Years of experience REQ: Prefer experience, 2 years
First-time travelers accepted: (Y/N): Yes, willing to review applicants on an individual case scenario depending on experience for individuals who have not traveled before.
License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
Certifications REQ: BLS
Skills Preferred: The department focuses on med/surg patients. Ortho/Neuro experience preferred.

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.
Local Radius: 60 miles
Locals Accepted: (Y/N): No locals accepted
RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
