MEDICAL CENTER WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT CONSIDER ANY SCHEDULING ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS (Block Scheduling, etc).  If your traveler cannot work the posted schedule please redirect them from this posting.  Thank you!  As of 1/1/24 – all new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance.  Facility As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance: CPI, AVADE or MOAB.  These are the only certificates that will be considered.  Thank you!  CCLOCAL TRAVELERS (those who reside within 50 miles of facility) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.  To avoid delays in processing, please provide perm address at profile upload.Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.  RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!   NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).  Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend afterChristmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend afterNew Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend afterPerforms a variety of technical diagnostic imaging procedures using radioisotope material and Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of disease in humans. Accurate and methodical record-keeping and safety techniques must be employed.No non-billable orientation Holiday and OT Multipliers:  1.25%

Pros

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
