Description

Job Description: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to treat and facilitate discharge of patients on adolescent behavioral inpatient unit. Includes completing intake assessments, providing brief interventions, communicating with collateral contacts, and discharge planning.

Requirements:
-LCSW
-BLS
-Preferred exp with behavioral health inpatient units

Shift Specification:
5x8, 0, Days, no on call, 1 weekend day 1-2x per month

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
