Job Description: Follows clearly defined procedures to provide support to cardiologists, Radiologists and registered nurses for the execution and technical analysis of procedures performed in the Interventional Radiology Lab. Integrates education, technical competence and patient interaction skills to execute safe and precise treatment under the supervision of a Cardiologist. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety to help deliver optimal patient care. May be responsible for mentoring and training students.
Requirements:
- RCIS or ARRT – Radiology. If ARRT (R) must have California radiology technologist license
- BLA (AHA)
- ACLS
- 1 year of experience as IR Tech
Shift: 4 x 10 Days, M-F 0 start times
no weekend requirement, rotating nights and weekend calls

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
