MTW 6p-6:30a
Hoping to start 12/1 and train for a couple weeks before working on their own by 12/15
(Training first 2 weeks would be on days then move to nights schedule)
2 hour minimum call back.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alaska.
2. Must keep current with CEU credits as required by the State of Alaska.
3. Maintains BLS certification.
4. A minimum of one (1) year experience in Gerontology, preferable in a Long Term Care facility, is desired.
5. Speaking, listening, and writing skills required to effectively communicate with others, and to document care provided. Ability to complete computer documentation is required.
6. Numerical ability is required to calculate drug dosages.
7. Must complete General and Licensed staff orientation for LTC.
8. Must have ability to organize tasks.
9. Supervisory Skills/aptitude.
10. A clinical ladder is offered for those RN staff choosing to obtain and maintain competency in additional specialties as noted in the Collective Bargaining Agreement

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
