Unit Information: 5 West Location: Reston Hospital Address: 1850 Town Center Parkway Reston VA 20190 Floor: Medical Building: West General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds - 33 · Number of Staff – 60 · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 clinical coordinator, 6 nurses, 3 techs o Night Shift – 1 clinical coordinator, 5 nurses, 3 techs · Patient Ratios – 1:6 plus clinical coordinator · Type of equipment – Telemetry, chest tubes, nephrostomy tubes, central lines, foley, suprapubic caths, purewick, SCDs, PEG, tube feeding, PCA · EMR –Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Recent acute care experience, RN for at least 2 years Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Med/Surg Tele experience · Chemo/oncology experience Best personality Fit: · Team player REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · BLS Dress Code : · Scrub Color/Attire - navy blue Weekends and On call: · Every other weekend

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
