Alton Gloor Floor:Ist Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 9 LDRs 8 OBs · Number of Staff – 2 core and 1 ob tech core staffing for 7pm shift · Type of staff: o Day Shift – o Night Shift - Agency needed for 7 pm shift · Patient Ratios – 1:2 for Labor patient · Type of equipment – GE Corometrics · EMR – CPN, Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Experienced L&D nurse · Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · · List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · · Best personality Fit: · REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitor Course, NRP certification · Floating Area(s): · According to competency Dress Code : · Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Follow hospital policies Weekends and On call(if any) · 2 weekends a month; on call schedule

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
