Meyer Blvd. Kansas City, MO 64132 Address: Unit Name : Building: Acute Hospital Cost Center: 768 General Information Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : unit dependent. Average daily hospital census is 230 Patient Ratios : 1:25 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Case Management covers all units of the inpatient hospital and the Emergency Department as needed Type of equipment : computer, cell phone Documentation system : MIDAS Scheduling requirements: Will require some support of weekend coverage (at least 1 day of each wkend ) On Call Requirements: Floating policy: Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: H iring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : Interqual experience, RN licensed in MO or Compact licensure including MO Advanced skills needed: Experienced case manager Procedures performed on unit : Interqual admission and progression of care reviews daily, admission assessment and discharge planning daily Certifications Required: RN licensure, CM Certification preferred but not required Dress Code : (Required uniform) Business casual

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
