Loop 1604, San Antonio Tx 78251 Floor: 2nd Building:      Main Building   General Information Tell us about the unit(s): ·        Number of Beds - 10 LDR, 2 OR, 2 Triage ·        Number of Staff – ·        Type of staff: o    Day Shift – 1 CNC, 3 RNs, 1 UC, 1 ST o    Night Shift - 1 CNC, 3 RNs, 1 UC, 1 ST ·        Patient Ratios – AWHONN ·        Type of equipment – updated HillRom, GE ·        EMR - Document system is Expanse, monitoring in CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:     Must have :   candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ·          Experience in Labor and Delivery ·        Able to circulate in OR for cesarean section ·          Preferred or nice to have :   candidates with these skills will be considered first. ·          Labor with Postpartum ·          Triage List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   ·           Care of labor and delivery patient. ·          Postpartum couplet care Best personality Fit: ·        Energetic and ready to support a new team REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ·        NRP ·        AWHONN FM ·        BLS ·        ACLS Floating Area(s): ·          Dress Code : ·        Scrub Color/Attire -   provided by the unit – for surgical area   Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. ·        Methodist Maternal and Neonatal policies   Weekends and On call(if any) ·        Rotating weekends ·        Will include holiday coverage

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
