Team Support : Be part of a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to excellent care. As a Clinical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) you will: Provide direct nursing care. Manage complex clinical situations independently. Collaborate with both licensed and non-licensed team members. Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions in coordination with Primary Care Providers (PCPs). Administer treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed. Conduct regular home visits for care, including wound care, lab draws, and other nursing tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; Associate’s degree required. RN–Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited School of Nursing or University. At least one year of experience working with the frail, elderly, or long-term care population. Experience in home care and wound care preferred. Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain. Specific Requirements Reliable transportation, a valid Michigan driver’s license, and car insurance. Age 18 or older. Fully vaccinated, or willing to become fully vaccinated against communicable diseases such as Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, Covid-19, and Hepatitis B. Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
