Pros

Management is very hands on. Assistant managers work night shifts side by side with the staff. There's always someone available for schedule changes and/or to address issues.

Cons

CRAZY BUSY!!!!! Unless you've worked at a major teaching hospital, you'll probably think it's total madness. If you've done something similar, you'll fast realize that this is NOT that! LOL But around the second or third week, you'll settle in, find your rhythm, and realize it's the best and hardest job you'll ever love.

Pros

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.

Cons

Can’t think of one
