Description

Establishes a therapeutic relationship and creates a detailed plan of care with the patient and family, mutually determining the aspects of care which are most important.Evaluates the effectiveness of plans and interventions to promote optimum achievement of established goals. Initiates and maintains open communication with other members of the team to assure that the patient and family receive the full scope of interdisciplinary expertise and services with a coordinated and integrated plan of care.Communicates with patients, families, subordinate staff and peers to ensure that plans and associated interventions are understood, operationalized and revised, as appropriate. Submission Requirements 2+ years Experience  - Required Travelers will be required to work the holidaysTraveler Experience - Required Health system-wide profile standards References NOT required. A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.  All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred. Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler’s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review. Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above. Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment. Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
