Data Collection : Unit Information:   HCA Clear Lake CVOR Location: CVOR Address: 495 Medical Center Blvd    Webster, Texas 77598 Floor: 2 nd floor Building: heart and vascular building   General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - Number of Staff – Type of staff: Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios – Type of equipment - EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:   scrubbed and competent with open heart procedures and endo-vascular /open vascular procedures. We do cabgs, vavles, type A dissections, tavr, endo AAA, CEA, TEVAR, angios, carotid stents.   Must have :   candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Open heart experience for 2 years   Endovascular experience Preferred or nice to have :   candidates with these skills will be considered first.     List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   CABG, AVR, MVR   Endovascualar case, AVF creation, CEA Best personality Fit:     REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: CST, BLS Floating Area ( s ) : Main OR Dress Code : Scrub Color /Attire - We provide scurbs for the OR.   Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines .     Weekends and On call(if any) Week days 7a-3p call shits divided among the staff for the month, rotating weekend calls (depends of how many staff are in the department on how often weekend calls are assigned.
