Description

This is an LDRP that manages OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery. We do not circulate or scrub in the OR. We use OBIX for our fetal surveillance and EPIC for EHR; experience with those systems are highly preferred.Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches patients, their significant others and support persons. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient. Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
