Data Collection : Unit Information:   Respiratory Therapy Location: HCA Kingwood Address:22999 Hwy 59N Floor: Building:   General Information Tell us about the unit(s): ·          Number of Beds -419 ·          Number of Staff – 48 ·          Type of staff: o     Day Shift – 1 Director,   1 Manager, 1 Supervisor, 1 Lead RT, 6-8 staff RT, 1 EKG tech, 1 PFT tech o     Night Shift – 1 Lead RT, 6-8 staff RT, 1 EKG tech ·          Patient Ratios – 1: 10-15 first rounds ·          Type of equipment – V60 Bipap, Vapotherms, Avea & Hamilton ventilators, EPOC ABG analyzers ·          EMR -MEDITECH Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:     Must have :   candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ·          Patient assessment skills ·          Perform treatment procedures as ordered by physician Preferred or nice to have :   candidates with these skills will be considered first. ·            Critical care experience ·            NRP Advanced & PALS certification List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   ·             Arterial Punctures ·            Oxygen Therapy ·          Aerosol Therapy ·          Non-invasive ventilation Best personality Fit: ·            REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ·          BLS & ACLS Floating Area(s): ·            Dress Code : ·          Scrub Color/Attire -   Pewter   Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. ·              Weekends and On call(if any) ·          Work every other weekend(Sat.&Sun.)

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
