Hospital: Medical City Fort Worth Location: Fort Worth , TX Unit: PCU/6W Renal PCU (630) Classification: RN Shift Detail: 7:00PM – 7:30AM Building/Floor/Suite information of unit : General Information Shift Details- Please correct information below if needed: Quantity: 1 Bill Rate : Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift/Workdays: 7:00PM - 7:30AM Weekend – Discuss during the interview Call Requirements: Discuss during the interview Guaranteed Hours: 36 / 40 Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years + Other Helpful or Misc. Information: Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Number of Beds: 18 Patient Ratios : 4:1 Unit staffing description: Progressive Care Type of equipment : Discuss during the interview Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: three 12 hour shifts Floating policy: As needed Hospital Specifics: Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) PCU or ICU experience Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed : (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following: Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing BSN Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN/LVN/Tech) RN BSN BLS ACLS Procedures performed on unit: Will discuss during interview Patient Experience Required: Hourly safety rounding, bedside shift report, sit to commit Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color RN: Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc. Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab. Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited . This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc. Other – Unit Guidelines/Policies: Floating Guidelines: Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed .

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
