Hospital:   TriStar Northcrest Location: Springfield,TN Address: Unit Name: MS2 & MS3 Building: Cost Center: 61259 & 61359 General Information Unit Specifics: ·          Number of Beds : 27 on each floor ·          Patient Ratios : 5:1 ·          Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit secretaries during the dayshift and techs on all shifts ·          Type of equipment : Computer on Wheels, Pyxis, Welch Allen vital sign machines ·          Documentation system: Medhost but transitioning to Meditech April 19th ·          Scheduling requirements: 3 days a week with every other weekend ·          Floating policy: will need to float between MS 2 and MS3 ·          Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- ·          Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set:   Must have : Basic Med/Surg experiences, Experience with post-op patients especially ortho     Advanced skills needed: NA     Procedures performed on unit:   Blood transfusions, IV and central line maintenance     Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS preferred but not required     Dress Code : (Required uniform) ·            Dark blue Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. ·              Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment:   Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. ·          Brand new computer on wheels and vital sign machines, transitioning to meditech from medhost as our documentation system
