MUST HAVE CATH LAB EXPERIENCE Unit Information: ( insert name ) Location: HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball Address:605 Holderrieth Blvd, Tomball TX 77375 Floor: 1 st floor cath lab Building: Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 3 procedure rooms · Number of Staff – 8 (5 nurses, 3 techs) · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 4 ten hour shifts/week, rotating call o Night Shift - · Patient Ratios – · Type of equipment – GE mac lab, 1 GE Innova and 2 Phillips rooms · EMR – N/A Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Previous scrub experience · ACLS and BLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · · List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · LHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and interventional, CRM, EP · Best personality Fit: · Friendly and energetic REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · RRT Floating Area(s): · N/A Dress Code : · Scrub Color/Attire - provided in lab Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Weekends and On call(if any) · 6 week schedule requires 16 days of call, every third weekend included in the 16 days of call

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
