**WILL BE REQUIRED TO FLOAT TO INOVA LOUDOUN – 30 MILES FROM FALLS CHURCH (FOR FULL SHIFT, NEVER MID)**
**36 or 48hr guarantees**
**MEDICAL SOLUTIONS WILL BE CONDUCTING THE INTERIVEWS. OFFERS WILL BE SENT OVER BASED ON THAT INTERVIEW**
Certs: BLS (must be AHA), NRP required. STABLE preferred, 2 years experience, Must be able to titrate drips,
***Must have level III or IV NICU Experience***
EPIC REQUIRED
Weekends- Every other weekend,
Holidays-every other holiday.
OT available.
Floating requirement- first to float MS PEDS.
Beds-108
Ratio- 1:1-3 in ICU, 1:3-4 in IMC.
EMR- EPIC, Navy blue tops/pants, can also wear pediatric friendly tops, Floor orientation- 3 shifts
**must float to PEDS if needed. (PICU, PIMC, or peds M/S)

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
