About the Position Position/Specialty: Mammography Tech - Outpatient Clinic Perform a minimum of 20 screening mammograms per day. Fast paced outpatient facility that requires autonomy, effective teamwork, great communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility. Start Date: Start date will be 2-3 weeks from offer Daily Caseload: 55 Shift: 5x8s, 8:30am to 5:00pm Weekend REQ: N/A Is on-call REQ? N/A Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes Overtime - Technologist must be willing to shift work hours if overtime is involved. For example, if the tech works beyond her contracted shift, she may be asked to come in late the next day to eliminate overtime. Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1+ years First-timers accepted: Yes Cert/Lic Requirements: BLS; ARRT (M); SCRQSA (M) SC state license Special Requirements: MUST KNOW HOW TO OPERATE SIEMENS REVELATIONS/HOLOGIC DIMENSION EQUIPMENT. Must perform screening and diagnostic mammograms. No radiation badge required Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? Approval prior to assignment, but not guaranteed. Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Pending State License accepted: SC license must be in hand prior to start RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. Guaranteed Hours: Facility does not allow call outs.
