The Utilization Review RN is accountable for a designated caseload and plans effectively to manage the length of stay, promote efficient utilization of resources and facilitate payer authorization. The UR RN/Case Manager: Facilitates collaborative management of patient care, intervenes as necessary to remove barriers to efficient care delivery, Applies process improvement methodologies in evaluating the outcomes of care coordination, and Supports and coaches clinical documentation by staff and providers ensuring documentation reflects the severity of illness and intensity of service.This facility will not consider any "local" traveler - who resides within 50 miles of facility PLEASE INCLUDE PERM ADDRESS TO AVOID ANY  DELAYS.  THANK YOU!Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
