SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: MONDAY - FRIDAY RTO: MAX 7 days WEEKEND: Not specified CALL REQUIREMENTS: Will be expected to be in backup call rotation - The candidate will be expected to rotate some call with a Monday through Friday shift from 7am – 3:30p - There is a weekend call requirement. It will rotate 1 week at a time. There is holiday call as well. HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Years Eve/New Years Day FLOATING: N/A COMPLIANCE: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year PATIENT POPULATION: Nuclear Med Tech EQUIPMENT: GE, Hitachi, Phillips, Siemens & Toshiba REQUIRED SKILLS: BLS, ARRT, experience with HIDA scans, Bone scans including 3 phase, limited and whole body, Lung scans (DTPA Aerosol, perfusion, and ventilation), Thyroid studies (Cancer survey, I-123 Uptake scan, Pharmacological/Thallium stress test, IV starts and maintance, and storing/handling/disposal of radioactive materials
