Description

-Endoscopy unit has six procedure rooms. It is a fast-paced environment where state-of-the-art technology, nationally recognized standards of care and critical thinking skills are utilized by the all-RN staff.
-Our Endoscopy RNs are highly proficient and competent at all advanced gastroenterology and pulmonary procedures. This includes Bronchoscopy, Endoscopic Pulmonary Ultrasound, Robotic Assisted Navigational bronchoscopy, Thoracentesis, Colonoscopy, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy, Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography, Endoscopic Ultrasound, Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Capsule Endoscopy, Small Bowel Balloon Enteroscopy, Bravo placement, etc.
-Our population includes high risk outpatients and even higher acuity inpatients.
-Staff expertly manage prepping the patient preoperatively, assisting the physician and monitoring the patient during the procedure, and recovering the patient after the procedure.
-Good patient outcomes and patient safety is our number one priority, and our nurses are highly supported by their leadership and interdisciplinary teams." Skills:
