Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is seeking Occupational Therapists in Glendale, Arizona for a 8-week assignment at a partnering Rehab facility. Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,460 – $1,594 per week*
• 8-week contract with possibility of extension
• Rehab facility
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of occupational therapy services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
• Promotes wellness through patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy Licensure in Arizona
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 2 years of acute experience as an Occupational Therapist within a rehab hospital
