Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner in Modesto, CA for a 12-week assignment at a partnering clinic. Nurse Practitioner Contract Details
- $90 – $95 an hour*
- 12-week contract with possibility to extend
- Shift: Monday – Friday / Days
- Must be able to float to multiple locations
- Nurse Practitioner will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
- BLS
- DEA
- Experience: 1 years of recent relevant experience
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
- DOT certification is required 45 days of hire date
